01. ZERO-PAYLOAD TELEMETRY GUARANTEE

WiDE-R is engineered specifically for software developers and enterprise security environments. We maintain a strict zero-telemetry policy regarding your code and hardware:

  • We never log, inspect, store, or transmit your APK packages or application source files.
  • ADB commands, debugging streams, and device screen projections flow through end-to-end encrypted tunnels.
  • Local network pairing communicates directly peer-to-peer without transiting external servers.

02. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver and authenticate our services:

  • Account Details: Email address and OAuth identity tokens provided through GitHub or Google authentication.
  • Subscription & Licensing: Customer IDs, active plan tiers, and transaction statuses managed securely by our payment processor (Dodo Payments). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
  • Lead Capture: Email addresses submitted voluntarily to receive engineering updates and product changelogs.

03. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Collected data is used strictly to:

  • Verify active subscription tiers and issue cryptographic session credentials for IntelliJ/Android Studio plugins.
  • Notify users of critical security patches, protocol updates, or SDK revisions.
  • Respond to direct developer technical support and enterprise onboarding requests.

04. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE

We utilize trusted infrastructure partners to operate our global platform:

  • Authentication: GitHub OAuth and Google OAuth for zero-password developer authentication.
  • Billing: Dodo Payments for PCI-DSS compliant checkout and recurring seat billing.
  • Distribution: JetBrains Marketplace for official plugin binary delivery and signature validation.

05. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

We retain account and licensing records only for as long as your account remains active. You may request immediate deletion of your email address, lead registration, or account records at any time by contacting our support team.
